Alentejo DOC, 2008, Cuvee 14.4% Casa De Sabicos
This wine is a cuvee of four varietals; the first three are native: 01/ Aragonez, 02/ Trincadeira, 03/ Alicante Bouschet & 08/ Cabernet Sauvignon, according to our list,
A fruity complex of very ripe blackberries and plum in deep harmony, hints of dark chocolate and vanilla in the nose. An excellent acidity appears in the mouth perfectly involved with jammy blackberries, plum and the toast announced by the aroma and persistently reproduced in the finish.
This is one of my most loved wine from this winery, affordable, well balanced, great bouquet and aftertaste.
