Steel vats under temperature control; a pre and post fermentation. maceration for 14 months in Portuguese oak barrels.

Deeply intense garnet. Complexity, mixture of jammy fruit, raisins, ripe wild berries, scents of Portuguese oak. Very soft, fruity, good balance; the raisins and the jams in a perfect harmony with the oak toast; a peculiar flavour that remains in the long, persistent finish, together with an excellent acidity.

Two batches of this wine imported to Hong Kong in 2016; the other one has wine code ACS33S22 was the early batch.

This wine is suggested to decant half day before being serving and Serve between 18 C to 22 C. it would be great to enjoy it alone to experience its complexity or go with Stewed Pork meats (pork knuckles) served in a wine-based sauce with fried potatoes, Suckling pigs, bake duck rice, ribs and bake Chinese duck liver sausages.

The best time to serve this 2011 JM 14 is predicted to be starting from 2021. For sure the value of this wine would be more than twice of today's worth.

A small stock for 2007 & 2011 are still available. Do get one before they sold out again.
